- Create “Outlines” on all fonts
- Convert all strokes to “Outlines”
- File with each color on it’s own “Layer”
- Avoid using “Clipping Mask”. Use “Pathfinder” instead

- Minimum order is 24 shirts with the same design with one color
- Dark garments may require an underlay. Underlays are priced as an additional color.
- Color swaps are $20 each, per additional color.
Quality Of Garments Information
- Standard – Gildan, Hanes, and Fruit of the Loom, weighs between 5.0 – 5.3 oz. These are low cost standard quality shirts.
- Better – Alstyle 1301, Gildan 2000, and Hanes Beefy tee 5180, weighs between 6.0 – 6.3 oz. These are heavy weight durable tees high quality hems.
- Best – Next Level 3600, Bella Canvas 3001, and Anvil 980, weighs between 4.0 – 4.3 These are a light weight combed ring-spun tee. They are super soft, and most have fitted cuts.
Fabric Information
- 100% Cotton – 100% cotton will shrink if washed or dried with heat.
- Blended – The most popular blend’s are 50/50 blends, and Tri-blend shirts. The 50/50 tees have the feel of cotton, and the polyester help’s prevent shrinkage. Tri-blends have a lighter feel that lends well to high fashion and fitness.
- Polyester – Polyester is used for its moisture wicking properties. They can be form fitting or loose fitting like a t-shirt.
